Full time opening for aSr. Salesforce Developer. This role is primarily remote, but will require on site once a quarter or so depending on projects, so you must live in CA. You MUST be a Citizen or GC holder to qualify. You will play a critical role in designing, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Collaborating with product owners and developers, the role involves contributing to planning, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring stakeholder requirements are met through innovative and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities : Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using tools like Salesforce Lightning, Force.com, Apex, and Visualforce. Develop Visualforce pages and document application processes, integrations, and third-party systems. Configure solutions to align with user stories and Salesforce best practices. Analyze, clean, transform, and model data for reporting solutions. Resolve escalated technical issues and document resolutions. Stay informed on technology trends and vendor product roadmaps. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Mentor junior Salesforce Developers on best practices and internal processes. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Salesforce Developer Certification preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience developing complex Salesforce applications, ideally in mortgage lending or financial services. Expertise in Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.) and tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components). Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and web services (RESTful, SOAP). Strong Salesforce administration skills (sharing rules, workflows, process builder, etc.). Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and coding languages (Java, Ruby, C#, etc.). Familiarity with SFDC development environment (Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL) and sandbox management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer service focus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
