Sr Data Analyst Customer & Marketing Analytics
to collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders. You will evaluate performance, analyze customer acquisition, and identify opportunities to attract and retain customers. The role requires stakeholder management, data storytelling, and ensuring impactful analytical work that influences business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative marketing and customer analytics strategies. Interpret data to identify trends, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and explore digital marketing opportunities. Analyze customer segments, churn, retention, and purchasing behaviors. Develop reports and dashboards, automate data processes, and monitor key metrics. Manage analytics for marketing channels, define roadmaps, and execute plans. Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and governance. Prioritize multiple projects based on impact. Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Share best practices and align methodologies across teams. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in analytics with cross-functional project experience. Proficiency in SQL and large dataset transformations. Experience in quantitative marketing techniques. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Understanding of marketing channels and external agencies. Experience with A/B testing and loyalty program performance evaluation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to handle complex analytics projects and present strategic insights. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, GitHub, Confluence. Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. Additional Information This role offers healthcare benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and work-life balance programs.
