Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from FootBridge Driving Direct Hire Solutions for Architecture, Engineering and Construction Title: Construction Project Manager Duration : Permanent Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building envelope restoration projects, including roofs and exterior walls (slate, metal, membrane, brick, stone, EIFS, metal panels, wood siding). This role requires building envelope-specific experience, not general construction or fire/mold restoration. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of restoration projects Oversee bidding, budgeting, and scheduling Coordinate site setup and trades Qualifications: 5–10 years of direct building envelope restoration management Proficiency with project management and office software Degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience Compensation: Approx. $110,000 for candidates with ~5 years of experience $125,000–$150,000 for those with 10+ years, plus bonuses and benefits FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
