Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter will specialize in recruiting an array of both Clinical, Non-Clinical and Corporate roles across the PRN network. Including but not limited to licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Clinic Directors as well as Front Desk Operations, Billing / Cash Collections and Corporate functions. This is a fully remote role requiring a dedicated, self-driven professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
The Senior Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process, build strong pipelines, create sourcing innovation strategies, present data to operational stakeholders and provide consultative partnership across the PRN network.
Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for physical therapy positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers. Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining timely and clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process. Maintain compliance and integrity with all federal, state, and local hiring laws, as well as licensure requirements for clinical positions.
Sourcing And Outreach
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including active and passive candidates. Build and maintain pipelines through job boards, social media, industry conferences, and partnerships with internal University Relations Team and academic institutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders across the PRN network to understand workforce needs, develop hiring plans, develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, Employee Referral engagement and implement recruitment strategies. Act as a consultant to stakeholders involved in the hiring process, provide market insights, hiring best practices, and regular data-inclusive updates on recruitment progress.
Data And Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, manager survey score, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of both stakeholder and candidate experience as well as recruiter performance.
Branding And Outreach
Represent PRN (and associated brands) throughout the recruitment journey, to include virtual career fairs, industry events, and on social media to promote our employer brand and attract high caliber talent.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specializing in healthcare or clinical recruiting. Proven success in recruiting licensed physical therapy professionals is highly preferred. Strong understanding of clinical roles and licensure requirements for PTs and PTAs, OTs and COTAs preferred. Exceptional sourcing skills, including expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruiting tools.
