Annual Bonus Our client, a professional services firm in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support company-wide recruiting efforts. This is part of a fast-growing team and will work directly with the Talent Director to implement innovative recruiting initiatives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative work ethic. At least two years’ administrative experience in corporate, professional services environment is required. This firm offers a hybrid work schedule, collaborative company culture, good work/life balance, and opportunities to grow and learn from exceptional leaders! Responsibilities: Work with leadership to implement recruiting strategies and oversee the day-to-day logistics of those initiatives, including posting jobs and communicating with search firms Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, prep, and organization of interview evaluations Collaborate with the Talent Team and other internal stakeholders to maintain an open flow of communication Support candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive applicant experience Compile HR metrics and reports and monitor project outcomes Maintain up-to-date fee agreements with search firms and relevant vendors Requirements: 2+ years’ admin experience within a corporate, professional services environment required Discretion and confidentiality surrounding employee information and business matters The ability to multitask and balance competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Inquisitive work ethic with the capacity for creative problem-solving High proficiency with Microsoft Suite Seniority level
