Now Hiring: Onsite/Staffing Coordinator in Pomona, CA - Apply Now!
The Onsite/Staffing Coordinator will recruit, screen, and evaluate qualified job candidates over the phone for our open positions based on our client s needs. This role involves onsite presence at client locations, overseeing employees, ensuring a safe work environment, and maintaining clear communication with client management for excellent customer service. Flexibility in schedule and availability to employees and client management are crucial. Regular commuting to different site locations is required.
Pay Rate: $ 19/hr.

Monday - Friday 1st Shift (times may vary) Benefits:
Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine, Anniversary Day, and Bereavement Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must have a valid driver's license Essential Functions: Consulting with clients to understand their hiring and staffing needs thoroughly. Recruiting for open positions using creative sourcing strategies such as online social networking, job boards, community involvement, and local media. Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications through behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations. Demonstrating excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Maintaining a positive attitude and team-player mentality with a strong work ethic. Managing attendance and punctuality for all onsite employees. Leading and managing onsite employees with professionalism. Prioritizing tasks, meeting timelines, and deadlines. Handling workers' compensation and injury events closely. Conducting pre-shift safety meetings and safety walks. Managing timekeeping programs and processing payroll. Maintaining updated employee databases. Issuing disciplinary actions as necessary. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
