The GS&P S&P Senior Manager will be a trusted planning partner to the Global Programs, Innovation & Advocacy (GPIA) team, serving as the coordination point and owner for GPIA executive communication, GPIA performance reporting, and planning cycles. The role involves shaping how GPIA measures, improves, and communicates its impact on CommOps and Uber, as well as enhancing reporting efficiency and strategic projects. This position reports to the Head of Global Strategy & Planning and collaborates closely with GPIA Leadership, Global Strategic Analytics, and Strategic Finance teams. Key skills include attention to detail, organizational and program management, stakeholder influence, problem-solving, and strategic communication. Experience in executive communication, global planning, and cross-functional relationships is essential. Responsibilities
Manage GPIA's strategic planning and operational processes, developing cohesive approaches and leading deep dives. Facilitate performance reporting, understanding business drivers, and creating insightful content. Optimize reporting cadence and materials for executive meetings to maximize ROI. Drive strategic agenda development and storytelling for internal and external communications. Lead strategic projects to increase GPIA's impact across Uber. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields. 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, program management, or financial planning. Preferred Qualifications
MBA or PMP certification. 9+ years in relevant roles. Experience in strategic budgeting, business case development, and cross-functional project leadership. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience with executive communications and operational metrics. About the Team The GS&P team provides insights and operational improvements for Uber's Community Operations. GPIA focuses on programs, insights, escalations, and innovation to enhance customer experience and support growth.
