Responsibilities
Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Lead generate Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis Show homes Negotiate contracts Provide white-glove service
Qualifications
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Passionate about selling Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiating skills Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team)
