NCAA Guidelines

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General office responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, deliveries, and record keeping.
- Answering phone and direct calls and visitors.
- Completing tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining confidentiality of personal and University business within the office.
- Delivering documents and paperwork across campus.
- Creating and/or update spreadsheets.
- Operating copy/printer/fax/scan machine in office.
- Completing additional duties as assigned.
