About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans that align with the company's goals, optimizing treasury functions, and monitoring financial performance. This role involves providing strategic guidance, managing the organization's liabilities and investments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will also oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and act as a financial advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a strong financial background, with a minimum of ten years' experience in a related role. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification, although it is not mandatory. Key skills and abilities include in-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance, strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems. The CFO will also be responsible for managing the company's information technology department activities and must have a proven track record in fiscal management and resource optimization.
