About the Role: (Summary) The Executive Director will primarily focus on camp management including budget, program development, staffing, risk & safety and property & facilities. The Executive Director will oversee day-to-day operations and represent Camp Marymount to internal and external stakeholders, develop and implement a vision and creative strategies to ensure organizational longevity and maximize community impact. The most competitive candidates will meet the following requirements: A practicing Catholic with thorough and demonstrated knowledge of camp operations. Site operations and facilities management experience. 3-5 years in camp leadership experience or equivalent. Visionary leader with an energy and commitment to creating a strong camp community. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 annually Residence:
A camp director private residence is negotiable.
