Job Description The Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services assists in the development and attainment of enterprise wide Rehabilitation Services goals. Accountable to the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, the Supervisor directs daily operations, resources, and customer satisfaction along with process and performance improvement. This includes, but is not limited to, the oversight of clinical practice, staffing, supply chain and budget, employee performance evaluations, staff education, internal and external regulatory and survey requirements. Above all, the Supervisor is responsible for the most effective use of material, personnel and resources to produce high quality, positive outcomes and value based patient care in a team focused environment. Qualifications Physical/Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Therapist
Three (3) years recent clinical experience.Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to understand, integrate and prioritize staff, customer and facility needs.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements Current California PT, OT or SLP License
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider
Valid California driver license and proof of automobile insurance
Ages of Patients Served Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, adult and geriatric populations are served by Rehabilitation Services. Salary Range: $64.94 - $97.41 USD Hourly
