License: ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
Certifications: BLS
Must-Have:
- Start peripheral IV for venous and arterial phase scanning
- Multi-phase scanning
- Stroke imaging, including perfusion
- Colorectal studies
- TeraRecon knowledge preferred, not required
Description:
CT Technologist position available.
The facility has 373 licensed beds, including acute and inpatient rehab units.
The average inpatient census is around 400.
On average, 130 studies are performed daily, with higher volumes during the week and lower on weekends.
The department provides CT guided invasive procedures and performs cases with anesthesia as required.
Cardiac CT imaging is performed seven days a week during the day shift.
Guest services and transport support are available for inpatient and observation patients.
The required technology includes EMR, RIS, and PACS systems.
Department specific equipment includes three CT scanners and power injectors.
On-call requirements include 2-3 shifts per month.
Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays.
