Supply Chain Intern
Job Category: Purchasing Location: Brentwood, TN, USA Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Intern to join our team for a full-time, paid internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world supply chain operations within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment. Internship Details: Full-time, paid position Hours determined based on availability Business casual attire required Computer and necessary materials will be provided Internship based at our Nashville Corporate Office in Brentwood, TN 6 weeks duration Responsibilities May Include: Assisting with supplier and vendor communications Supporting data entry and analysis related to purchasing and inventory Helping coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments Participating in process improvement projects Compiling reports and maintaining documentation related to supply chain activities Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and operational teams Qualifications / Skills Required: Recent college graduate or currently enrolled full-time student in an undergraduate program with at least two years completed (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field) Demonstrated initiative both independently and within a team Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to travel to the Brentwood, TN Corporate Office Previous internship or related work experience preferred A minimum of three (3) professional or academic references required Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
