Broward Veterinary Specialists (BVS) is seeking a Small Surgeon to join our growing specialty referral hospital in Hollywood / Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
We are a weekdays-only specialty practice - no general practice, no ER, and no weekend or on-call shifts. You will also have control of your own schedule!
BVS is ideally located in sunny South Florida, nestled between the vibrant metropolitan areas of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. At BVS, we prioritize a calm, sustainable, and fulfilling work-life balance. Our full-time specialists enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek, free from after-hours responsibilities. Our surgical caseload is a diverse mix of elective orthopedic and soft tissue / oncological procedures. With and elective surgery caseload without emergency cases, the surgery schedule is completely structured and predictable consisting of low-risk, good outcome surgical procedures. The result is a lower stress, manageable ,sustainable professional life. We collectively manage cases in a supportive, low-stress environment. We pride ourselves on building strong, collaborative relationships with pet owners and our referring community.
Youll be joining a dedicated team of Board-Certified Specialists in Surgery, Oncology, and Internal Medicine, supported by an experienced and compassionate staff. Our modern facility is fully equipped, and we offer a competitive compensation package including a sign-on bonus, generous CE allowance, and more.
