As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, provides medical services to patients in an assigned area. Job Description: MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, Maine, is searching for a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our team of 5 general surgeons and 4 advanced practice providers. You will join a multidisciplinary, hospital-employed surgical practice providing acute care surgery, trauma, surgical critical care, and general surgery components. Our team utilizes the latest technology, such as the DaVinci Xi robotic platform for robotic procedures, including forgut, hingut, and hernia surgeries. There is well-established surgical specialty support from vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery, and ENT surgery.
