7:30a 24 hrs Weekend per 6 wk schedule 1 winter / 1 summer Schedules are available 6 weeks in advance. The work schedule commitment for this position requires the following: Responsibilities: Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Mental Health/Behavioral Health Techs will provide direct bedside care to patients: Assists the RN in delivering care, observing patient behaviors, and more. Reports/documents any changes in patients mood or behavior in a timely fashion. Provides one-on-one sessions with assigned patients as needed. Mental Health Technicians will maintain a full patient caseload with an assigned primary nurse in an inpatient setting and provide care for all patients effectively and compassionately.
