Competitive | Based on experience| Range $100K -$120K We're seeking a highly technical, hands-on IT leader to modernize and manage the full lifecycle of our internally developed ERP systems that drive manufacturing, distribution, and finance operations. This is a full-time

What You’ll Do: ·Lead development and modernization of web-based ERP applications ·Architect solutions using C#, .NET 8, Blazor, EF Core, SQL Server ·Mentor a small team of developers and manage project delivery ·Collaborate across departments to align IT solutions with operational needs ·Shape the company’s development resource strategy (onshore/offshore) What We’re Looking For: ·10+ years of hands-on development experience ·Deep expertise in C#.NET, .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL Server ·Strong understanding of architecture patterns and Windows environments ·Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio 2022 ·1+ year of technical team leadership or mentorship Bonus Points For: ·Experience converting VB.NET to C# ·Familiarity with Syncfusion components, Quartz.NET, or ERP systems This is a
