Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Configures and manages UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems; installs software; troubleshoots; maintains system integrity; and configures network components, implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Additional responsibilities include configuration management, compliance with security controls, and applying security patches like IAVA. Supports system capacity planning, detailed troubleshooting, and feedback to management. Coordinates with ISSO and ISO regarding system changes, ensuring compliance with policies like ICAM. Supports system design, architecture, and hardware integration, with a strong understanding of system interdependencies within SOA. Analyzes and resolves complex hardware and software issues. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. 15+ years as a Systems Administrator in similar programs. 6+ years in Service Management (ITSM) and 4+ years with ServiceNow platform. 2+ years integrating ServiceNow with other applications. Certifications: ITIL 4, ServiceNow System Administrator, and one DoD approved certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
