As a System Administrator, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network desktops, systems hardware, and software within a high-demand, mission-critical environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring system functionality and availability by resolving help desk requests and supporting user account maintenance. This position requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
You'll be joining a responsive and collaborative IT support team where your contributions help maintain secure, reliable operations across global sites.Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, and cloud infrastructure issues. Provide remote technical support using desktop mirroring tools. Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deleting access as required. Monitor and update service tickets and documentation systems. Escalate persistent or systemic issues to leadership as appropriate. Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and maintain high customer service standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must be available to work
Tuesday-Saturday from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM . Must be able to complete training Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (up to 3 months). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments. Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Familiarity with Active Directory and account administration (preferred). Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (preferred). Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent with
15 years
of relevant experience
OR Bachelor's degree with
10 years
of relevant experience Certifications: IAT Level I Certification Required
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
