The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM efficiency and user adoption. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for leveraging Salesforce to support organizational goals. Responsibilities Administrator certification is required At least 6-8 years of proven Salesforce administration experience In-depth knowledge of the platform features and limitations, experience with APIs and integration with external systems Analytical background with experience in building and maintaining SFDC reporting templates for sales analysis Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing configuration to enhance and improve functionality and automation Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience Strong understanding of data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce security models Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or Salesforce APIs) is a plus Basic knowledge of Apex/Visualforce or Lightning Web Components is a bonus but not required Advanced Excel skills required Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Lightning migrations or implementations Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with other CRM platforms or related technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics 365) #J-18808-Ljbffr
