Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a VoIP (UC) to support a large mission-critical DIA program out of the Washington, DC area. This role is fully on-site and requires Active TS/SCI Clearance. Responsibilities of the VoIP Engineer: Design and implement enterprise-grade UC solutions, including VoIP and cloud-based platforms Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Cisco UC systems (CUCM) and related infrastructure Troubleshoot complex issues and lead efforts to improve system reliability and user experience Qualifications of the VoIP (UC) Engineer: 5+ years of experience working in a UC environment specializing in Cisco Call Center Manager (CUCM) Experience with IAVA patches/patches to Cisco Call Manager IAT Level II Certification (Required) CCNA Certification & ITIL v4 Foundations (strongly preferred) Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance (required) Compensation of the VoIP (UC) Engineer: Salary: Between $130,000 - $155,000 annually ***Commensurate of experience*** Benefits: Full Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off (Paid Time Off), Paid Holidays, Sick leave as required by law This job opens for applications on 07/25/2025.
