Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Systems Architect-Enterprise Architecture to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. Responsibilities include: Lead enterprise architecture initiatives
across multiple programs and mission areas. Develop and maintain
comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps. Establish architectural governance frameworks , standards, and best practices. Mentor junior architects
and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams. Drive architectural decision-making
at the enterprise level. Lead implementation
of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.02 and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF). Support DoD Digital Modernization Strategy
and Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiatives. Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
practices across enterprise systems. Design and architect systems
supporting 24/7/365 mission operations. Develop architectures for classified and unclassified environments . Ensure system resilience , fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities. Design zero-trust architecture implementations
for enhanced security. Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes . Facilitate enterprise architecture working groups
and technical forums. Communicate complex technical concepts
to diverse audiences. Support contract and acquisition activities
with architectural expertise. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field. 12+ years of professional experience in systems architecture or enterprise architecture. 8+ years experience working directly with DoD systems, frameworks, and methodologies. 5+ years experience in senior or lead architect roles. 3+ years experience with classified systems and cross-domain solutions. IAT Level III and IAM Level III certifications. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Desired: Expert-level proficiency in DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF). Advanced knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEA). Extensive experience with architectural modeling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM System Architect, MagicDraw). Deep understanding of systems integration, SOA, and microservices architectures. Experience with digital twin and cyber-physical system architectures. Advanced experience with cloud architectures (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, hybrid clouds). CISSP, ISSAP, ISSEP, CEH, CISM. TOGAF 9/10 Enterprise Practioner. Clearance:
Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Certification:
DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role. CompTIA Security+ CE. Location:
