Responsibilities: Design, write, test, implement, and document solutions for assigned program modules. Collaborate with project teams and other Software Engineers to provide technical support. Support assigned IT systems/applications by troubleshooting and resolving defects. Always act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience with the ability to independently identify issues and develop solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka, Kinesis, or Spark Streaming. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with ETL tools, data pipelines, and customer data platforms. Preferred: Understanding of programming concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience with CDP vendors such as Treasure Data, BlueConic, Tealium, or Segment. Knowledge of marketing technology (MarTech) stacks and tools. Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices. AI foundational skills (e.g., Gen AI, MCP, A2A, Adk).
