ITS Data Integration Analyst
to manage the data backbone that supports student success and institutional operations. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Data Integration Development:
Build and maintain integrations among Slate, Colleague, PowerFAIDS, and other enterprise applications using iPaaS, SQL, SFTP, and related tools Automation & Optimization:
Design automated workflows that reduce manual work and boost processing speed and reliability Data Integrity & Troubleshooting:
Monitor data flows, resolve inconsistencies (including duplicate records), and continually improve quality Collaboration & Governance:
Partner with IT Business Analysts and the University Data Governance Group to meet integration and compliance requirements (FERPA, GDPR) Documentation & Support:
Create clear diagrams and process docs, and provide backup for Reporting & Analytics as needed PowerFAIDS Upgrades:
Coordinate five annual upgrades alongside Financial Aid and IT colleagues Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years in data integration or similar roles Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS) Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Git, Ellucian Colleague, MS Windows, and project-management tools Experience supporting diverse users in higher education Why Join Naz?
