Systems Integrator, Expert Level, McLean, VA Job Description
The Systems Integrator will support the setup of a new Enterprise Platform Program Management Office (EPPMO). The role involves assisting the EPPMO front office with documenting, tracking, and scheduling agenda items for meetings, as well as creating and publishing meeting minutes and action items. The Systems Integrator will collaborate closely with office leadership and report to the EPPMO leadership. Duties may include:
Develop strategic plans focusing on mission objectives, capabilities, and dependencies Create reports and briefings to clearly communicate complex program details and future plans Generate regular status reports for leadership to share with senior executives and stakeholders Share technical achievements and progress with non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders Manage stakeholder expectations in coordination with the customer Assist in modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans Design and deliver executive communications and briefings on organizational transformation and business process changes Execute strategic plans and support the organization setup through action items Update Active Directory Groups for access to SharePoint and meeting invitations Document EPPMO accomplishments for weekly highlights Travel locally to meet with customers on initiatives and projects Facilitate information sharing on technical challenges across organizational boundaries Required Qualifications:
Experience with board/council management Experience with IT strategic planning Experience designing and delivering executive-level IT communications Process-oriented, strategic thinker, capable of working collaboratively in a technical environment Strong critical thinking skills for making timely decisions in unique situations Experience overcoming challenges by exploring options and alternatives Experience managing and completing action items Experience facilitating technical exchange meetings Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, or business Experience with IT organization transformation Experience with the Sponsors IT mission Experience with ServiceNow About Fuel
