Base pay range: $36.50/hr - $43.00/hr
Summary
The Machine Shop Quality Inspector CMM Programmer programs CMM and supports Quality Assurance with inspection of parts using metrology equipment. Reports to the Quality Manager.

Schedule
Days: 5am-3:30pm
Swing: 3pm-1:30am
Responsibilities
- Program Hexagon CMM and Romer Arm with PCDemis software and perform associated inspections.
- Create part setup plans for CMM.
- Provide feedback to machine shop and engineering for adjustments as needed.
- Perform measurement inspections of parts, including AS9102 First Article Inspection.
- Document nonconformances.
- Assist Quality Assurance with other tasks as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with inspectors, machinists, and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with GD&T.
- 3+ years programming Hexagon CMM and PCDemis software.
- Experience with AS9100 or similar quality system.
- Epicor ERP experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
