We're looking for a
Tablet Filling Line (TFL) Operator
to join our Primary Production team at Praxis Packaging. If you have experience in machine shops, manufacturing, or working with technical equipment-and like working where precision and process matter-you might be the right fit. Who This Job Isn't For: People looking for an easy sit-down job Anyone who avoids hands-on work or mechanical tasks Those who don't enjoy responsibility and independence on the floor Responsibilities
What You'll Actually Do:
Run complex packaging lines - not just monitor them Make machine adjustments on the fly for quality and efficiency Complete and review critical production documents with accuracy Keep materials stocked and line operations steady Coordinate cleans and ensure line clearance procedures are followed Work hands-on with equipment and troubleshoot mechanical hiccups Qualifications
What You Bring:
1-3 years of experience working in fast-paced, detail-driven environments (machine operation, manufacturing, CNC, or tool & die a plus) Comfort using tools, adjusting equipment, and managing your own workflow Ability to read, follow, and complete technical instructions and documentation A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure What It Takes:
