Job Summary W e are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Test Analyst to join our dynamic Automation Development team. This role supports the development and execution of automated smoke, regression, integration, and security testing across enterprise-level projects. You will work independently and in collaboration with the Lead Automation Developer to implement a comprehensive suite of automated tests aligned with our enterprise test automation framework. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to validate complex business processes and system integrations, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts. This includes planning and executing test strategies in close coordination with business testers and project stakeholders. Job Description Analyze solution requirements, technical design, and architecture to define the scope of automation. Define and communicate automation testing strategy to project stakeholders and development teams. Develop automation test plans and detailed scripts based on design requirements and product discussions. Lead the creation of automation harnesses and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies. Ensure all automated testing aligns with quality standards and acceptance criteria. Perform automated functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Collaborate with development, testing, and management teams to achieve automation goals. Participate in design reviews, providing feedback to improve quality and testability. Maintain documentation and provide reports on automation results, metrics, and coverage. Implement best practices for test automation using Tricentis TOSCA, Selenium with Java/Python. Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives with test automation components. Job Skills Required Proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA, including TOSCA Commander and DEX. Experience with TOSCA integration with qTest and test data management. Automation scripting using Java and/or Python. Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL performance tuning. Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. 3-5 years of experience developing automation scripts using TOSCA Commander. 2-3 years of experience in TOSCA DEX and TOSCA-qTest integration. Experience with TOSCA Model-Based Test Framework and API Scan for REST/SOAP. Familiarity with TOSCA Cloud and mobile testing on iOS/Android is a plus. 5+ years in software/system testing and quality assurance practices. 3+ years in managing or coordinating test projects and teams. 2+ years of experience with qTest and JIRA. Strong skills in creating QA artifacts (test plans, scripts, reports). Comfortable using PL/SQL, Windows, Linux, and MS Office tools. Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and jQuery. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proven track record in dynamic project environments. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience (8+ years). Additional Requirements Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions for CI/CD. Proficiency in version control tools (Git) and code reviews. Familiarity with containerized test execution (e.g., Docker). Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure. Experience with Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or other Java/Python-based testing frameworks. Knowledge of TestNG or JUnit.
