As the EBX Architect/Senior Developer for MDM (TIBCO EBX), you will be part of an IT support team responsible for the company's Master Data Management (MDM) program. You will collaborate with developers, data source application teams, and Enterprise Business Analytics teams to implement and maintain the TIBCO EBX platform. The role offers opportunities for cross-functional growth, including integration (iPaaS) and core MDM development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain TIBCO EBX 5.9 and 6.X components, including Data Models, Data Sets, Data Spaces, Workflow Models, Permissions, and UI Customization. Utilize Apgar EBX module, Core Java, J2EE, SonarQube, Docker, and Kubernetes for application development. Deploy EBX on VM servers and customize front-end EBX features. Develop Java web applications for the TIBCO EBX system. Implement and manage middleware solutions, including ETL (Informatica, Talend) and ESB (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, TIBCO BusinessWorks). Design and maintain integration architecture using SOAP XML and RESTful JSON services. Work with databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres, Amazon RDS, and Microsoft Azure SQL. Implement data warehousing solutions with Snowflake and Amazon Redshift. Configure and manage application servers like Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere. Leverage cloud services, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. Utilize search and caching technologies like Apache Lucene and Apache SOLR. Implement deployment and containerization methodologies using Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality. Participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Support production releases, including coordination of code deployment and validation. Own production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions. Design, develop, and debug real-time integration services using SOA, REST APIs, Data Quality Services, and Workflow solutions. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with TIBCO EBX 5 or EBX 6 Master Data Management Suite. 5+ years of experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. 5+ years of experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB. Strong understanding of data architecture, software engineering, APIs, and integration concepts. Experience with JSON, Web services (SOAP/REST), and microservice architecture. Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies. Experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with application security and compliance. Familiarity with Cloud-based applications/platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Heroku, and Firebase. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Master Data Management concepts and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing ETL, MDM, and analytics solutions. Expertise in integrating ETL, Data Quality, and MDM components for real-time and near real-time requirements. Familiarity with MDM SIF APIs for real-time integration with external applications.
