We are seeking a Business Development Manager to serve the Energy Systems' Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) team. This position can be based out of our Houston, TX office or any of DNV's offices in the United States. About DNV

Lead local sales efforts for the CCUS Venture in North America. Present DNV’s CCUS advisory and verification capabilities. Identify and nurture customer relationships, discovering needs and positioning DNV as a preferred partner. Collaborate with regional and global CCUS experts to develop proposals and deliver client projects. Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain a relevant internal and external network. Analyze competitors and assess DNV’s relative strengths and weaknesses. Maintain records in DNV’s CRM system. Contribute to innovation and the development of new products and services. What We Offer

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Strong sales/business development track record in the energy sector. Domain knowledge and experience in CCUS or related fields. Sales-driven mindset. Behavioral flexibility, relationship-building skills, adaptability, coaching, and influencing abilities. Persuasive and persistent attitude. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
