Tax Partner or Partner & Associate
with expertise in
business tax advisory

Lead and advise clients on business tax matters, including Opportunity Zone deals.
Advise on federal, state, and local tax credit programs.
Provide tax analysis and structuring advice for M&A transactions.
Advise on general corporate and partnership tax matters.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in business tax law.
Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Proven leadership ability with a collaborative approach.
Education
JD from an accredited law school.
LLM in Taxation preferred but not required.
Skills
Analytical and drafting skills.
Strong communication abilities.
