As a National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (Compliance), you will: Requirements
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level or GS-11 Grade Level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Examining or auditing a financial institution's compliance with laws and regulations related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), or Fair Lending (FL) including consumer protection laws and regulations (Deposit/Payments (including EFTA and TISA); Loans (including TILA, FDPA and SCRA); Privacy; and UDAP). The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
