We have an
immediate opening
for an experienced
Employment Law Paralegal
to join a well-regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm in Manhattan's Financial District. This is a
temp-to-hire
opportunity with strong potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence Organize and manage case files and document production Coordinate filings in state and federal court (ECF/Pacer proficiency preferred) Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assist attorneys with trial prep, hearings, and mediations Conduct fact investigations and summarize key documents
Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment law Strong understanding of litigation support and legal procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with a proactive, collaborative attitude
