Responsibilities: • Collaborate and build alignment with cross-functional partners to define all workstreams, requirements, schedules, resourcing, and milestones. • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables. • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs. • Develop data-driven insights and solutions to issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence program execution. • Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership to run projects and to help the team scale. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 2 years of experience in program management. • Experience in the consumer electronics industry. • Experience with the software development life cycle (e.g., build, test, and release). Preferred: • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. • Experience in consumer electronics, medical device, or health/fitness applications. • Experience developing applications with AI/ML • Ability to execute, prioritize, and influence multiple changing programs.
