Position Summary
The Human Resources Training & Operations Analyst III plays a key role in managing the administrative system training and operations for one or more HR systems. This position will serve as the team lead for HR Training and Operations Analysts and provide guidance on complex issues, ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations. You will work collaboratively to test and implement system modifications, provide technical training and policy interpretation, and support both strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role also includes the development and delivery of online and in-person training resources and seminars for campus stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage administrative system operations for assigned HR systems. • Mentor and support HR Training and Operations Analysts; review productivity for efficiency and consistency. • Deliver training, troubleshooting support, and policy interpretation to users. • Test, document, and implement system modifications to ensure compliance and service quality. • Develop and maintain online training modules, in-person seminars, and internal communication materials. • Coordinate communication strategies for system changes across campus. • Provide scheduling and coordination support for HR system projects. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (required). Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience. (Work experience cannot substitute for the education requirement.) • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills • Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across teams • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Technical knowledge of HR systems and processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information
