Position Mission & Summary
The Program Manager, Grant Partnerships is a vital operational and strategic role at the FOCUS Mission Foundation. This position ensures seamless coordination of internal teams and deliverables associated with institutional grants, serving as the linchpin between program execution, grant compliance, and donor stewardship. The Program Manager ensures all pre- and post-award grant activities are executed on time and aligned with funder expectations, including internal communication, reporting schedules, and documentation management. Key Competencies Project Management & Coordination Internal Communications & Collaboration Document Management & File Integrity Adaptability & Resourcefulness Experience coordinating grant-funded projects or interdepartmental workflows. Familiarity with institutional funders, reporting practices, and shared file systems. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple timelines. Competency in Microsoft Office, shared drives (Google or OneDrive), and CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge NXT). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencein program management, nonprofit operations, or related field.
