Peraton is seeking a Program Manager to support a new Space Systems Command (SSC) program aligned with the Epoch 2 Ground Management and Integration effort. The Program Manager will coordinate activities of the Peraton Team and subcontractor personnel. Manage the contract to ensure all tasks are completed and CDRLs are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Develop, deliver, and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP). Oversee the project’s schedule, budget, performance, and staffing throughout the contract duration. Lead the program customer kick-off meeting and review all CDRLs for quality. Ensure prime and subcontractor personnel are available, organized, and qualified to meet contract requirements. Develop and implement a methodology for prioritizing resources when resolving conflicting project requirements. Provide qualified personnel, resources, materials, and facilities necessary for the tasks outlined in the PWS. Perform program control activities, including timely submission of progress reports, financial reports, and other contractual performance information to balance cost, schedule, and risk. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening when necessary, in coordination with project managers, line managers, and customers. Manage subcontractors and vendors as needed. Achieve or exceed financial, delivery, and contractual performance targets for assigned projects/programs. Lead weekly/monthly internal program reviews to track performance against targets and metrics. Implement management and communication processes for effective contract execution. Conduct monthly customer program reviews to ensure compliance, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for added value. This position is contingent upon contract award. Qualifications
Required: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field. 12 years of relevant project management experience, including at least 8 years in space acquisitions. Prior experience with Ground Integration contracts for DoD or IC customers. Preferred: 15 years of relevant project management experience and 10 years in space acquisitions. PMP or equivalent DoD certification. Experience supporting SSC Ground Integration programs in Colorado Springs, CO. Security Clearance

$176,000 - $282,000, depending on experience and other factors. EEO
