Job Description
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Digital & Technology Transactions Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join their growing and innovative team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Drafting and negotiating agreements involving software development, SaaS, technology licensing, and systems implementation
- Advising on matters involving content management, ad tech, FinTech, or digital media
- Supporting digital platform transactions, e-commerce, and monetization strategies
- IP protection through licensing, distribution, and development agreements
- This nationally recognized group advises high-profile clients in the technology, entertainment, consumer electronics, and digital health sectors. The role includes direct client interaction and close collaboration with the firms M&A and venture capital practices.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology transactions
- Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills
- Proven client-facing capabilities and proactive problem-solving ability
- Admission to the New York Bar in good standing
