Texas Health Huguley Hospital Nursing Opportunity
Texas Health Huguley Hospital is a joint venture with AdventHealth, and these two faith-based organizations have a long history of collaboration. The Texas Health Huguley campus will be operated by AdventHealth, and staff working at the facility will be AdventHealth employees. Here, you can join our Burleson nurses, medical assistants, nurse assistants, patient care and health administration professionals to provide inpatient and outpatient services to help our community feel whole. Our expansive 350-bed hospital includes behavioral health, a cardiovascular critical care unit, a medical intensive care unit, a progressive care unit and an open-heart surgery center. We also have accredited programs in chest pain, inpatient diabetes and orthopedics, and our award-winning emergency department offers 24-hour care. This is our Christian mission, and it inspires us to help make communities healthier and happier. $60hr, 13wk Contract RN ER, Nights Texas Health Huguley and Texas Health Mansfield offers a flexible staffing alternative for RNs on a temporary basis for an assignment with a maximum duration of 10 weeks. Assignments may be extended per original assignment terms but cannot exceed 12 consecutive months total at any location/facility. Position and Hourly Rate:
Registered Nurse (RN) - $60/hr. Includes Shift Differentials:
Nights, Yes add $4.50 and add $6.00 on top of that for the weekend rate. Includes Emerging Disease Pay if Eligible (based on patient assignment):

If transferring to the SWRSS team must be committed to working one 13-week contract, before returning to a full-time role. Contracts are not guaranteed and time without pay may occur in between contract assignments. a. Internal AdventHealth employees transferring to SWRSS cannot do their first contract at their home/primary facility. Prior AdventHealth employees cannot do their first contract at the prior home facility within 13 weeks of the term date. b. In this case, Adventhealth Central Texas or any AdventHealth outside of Texas would be eligible to apply. Texas Health Huguley- operates as a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth. Schedule:

The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care activities that are developmental and age specific for the population served. The Registered Nurse performs a wide variety of job duties during their shifts; promotes and restores patients' health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, completing the nursing process and the patients' plans of care, providing emotional, physical and spiritual support to the patients and their families and supervising assigned team members. Deliver patient centered nursing care using the SHARE principles to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. Provides quality care by adhering to Standards of Practice, measuring health outcomes against patient centered goals. Utilize multidisciplinary team strategies to achieve quality outcomes. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with policies and procedures, calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel when needed. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Registered Nurse License to practice in the state of Texas or a Compact Registered Nurse License from a NCLA Compact State.
