SDR Sales Director
leads our
Setter Department , focusing on outbound lead generation and appointment setting. This role involves building and scaling outreach strategies, implementing technology-driven processes, and maximizing ROAS through efficient appointment setting. You should apply if: You’ve managed sales development or appointment setting teams in high-ticket B2C environments. You’re obsessed with systems, automation, and efficiency, with a proven track record. You understand lead generation and converting clicks and lists into qualified appointments. You can motivate and coach junior reps to excel at appointment setting. You are comfortable with CRM data, dashboards, and workflows. You believe AI and automation enhance sales by handling repetitive tasks. You can align outbound efforts with marketing and sales to create a seamless funnel. You enjoy testing sequences and optimizing outreach strategies. You thrive in a startup-like, fast-paced environment and like building from scratch. You should NOT apply if: You haven’t built or managed a team of SDRs or outbound sales reps. You’re uncomfortable with data, systems, or sales tech. You prefer a system that requires no building or customization. You think marketing solely owns the top of the funnel. You don’t prioritize ongoing development and leadership. You dislike CRM, KPIs, or process documentation. You can’t handle a dynamic, evolving environment. You’re not interested in experimenting and rapid iteration. Major Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Setter Department, overseeing daily operations and performance. Build and optimize outreach strategies, call scripts, objection handling, and lead routing. Develop best practices around outbound lead generation and appointment setting cadence. Create sales enablement assets for the setter motion. Implement AI tools, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency. Track KPIs like pipeline activity, show rates, and conversion rates. Partner with Marketing for messaging, targeting, and list building. Maintain CRM data hygiene and reporting. Conduct daily huddles, 1:1s, role plays, and call reviews. Develop training modules and onboarding processes. Lead hiring decisions in collaboration with leadership. Audit outbound funnels and recommend improvements. Own the setter team’s revenue contribution and performance. Bonus Points If: You’ve used tools like Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, or AI integrations. You’ve managed remote sales teams before. You have experience in online education, coaching, or info-products. You’re known for building strong team culture remotely. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Compensation includes bonus opportunities, commission, and uncapped commissions.
