Requirements:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Current OT license in Massachusetts.
- BLS required.
- Outpatient rehab experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve function and support independence.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home care.
- Document progress in EMR and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with rehab team for coordinated care.
