Manual Machinist Opportunity In Rosedale
Aerotek is currently hiring for a Manual Machinist in Rosedale! Qualified candidates should be able to do the following: We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to perform a wide range of machine shop operations, including lathe work, drilling, grinding, milling, shaping, and hand tool work. The role involves repairing and overhauling factory equipment, designing and building manufacturing systems and equipment, and contributing to the development of new tooling and production machines. Responsibilities
Perform all machine shop operations such as lathe work, drilling, grinding, milling, shaping, and hand tool work. Repair and overhaul factory equipment. Design and build manufacturing systems and equipment as needed. Set up procedures to conform finished tooling to desired specifications. Develop specifications from general descriptions and draw sketches of parts or products. Assist the Production Manager in the development of new tooling, new systems, and new production machines. Assist in designing dies and line tooling for new and existing products. Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience operating drill presses and lathes. Mechanical aptitude and expertise in manual machining. Why work here?
