Infosys is seeking an
ETL + TOSCA Data Testing Lead . As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy, design, and lead execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with top industry talent to create innovative, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. This role promotes a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, excellence, and diversity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of education.
4 years of IT experience.
Must be located within commuting distance of Plano, Texas, or willing to relocate.
Travel may be required within the US and Canada.
At least 4 years of software testing experience.
Eligible to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications
Over 4 years of experience testing backend systems on Hadoop-based ETL platforms.
Experience with ETL automation using TOSCA Vital Checks.
Proficiency in building test plans and scripts using tools like Octane or ALM.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Ability to lead test planning for complex, cross-platform features.
Experience in triaging and resolving issues in automated testing solutions.
Contributing to test data management and ensuring data compliance.
Supporting test validation during production releases.
Stakeholder sign-off on test cases.
The role involves extended periods working at a computer, effective communication, and potential travel.
