Will you accept a first-time traveler? Dependent on experience Travelers must live >100 miles away from facility Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler

Average number of patients seen per day:

8 - most clinics - currently traveler will do three half days via telehealth, in person clinic one half day every other week (subject to change)
Required Certifications:

Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
Skills required:
LPN:
Experience in a clinic setting to include: check in and room patients (1-2 half days per week), scheduling patients, triaging phone calls, calling in prescriptions, authorizing visits/prescriptions
Support within the Clinic:
in person clinic one half day every other week (subject to change)
Charting System:
Epic Floating: If yes, where?
No, may have help with some quality workques for home health if there is any down time.
