Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive clinical supervision and mentorship to 4th-year dental students. Guide students in delivering top-notch patient care. Conduct patient examinations, diagnostics, and treatments while managing overall patient care. Ensure that students meet the high standards of practice during patient interactions. Balance patient load between student care and your own practice. Engage in patient consultations and follow-up treatments. Create a nurturing educational environment to enhance students' clinical skills. Collaborate with medical and dental professionals for holistic patient care. Maintain your own patient caseload alongside supervising students. Qualifications: DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school. Valid dental license to practice in New York. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Strong commitment to mentorship and teaching. Prior experience supervising dental students or residents is advantageous.
