Annual Bonus A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking an Analyst to join its growing Private Credit CLO platform. The firm manages a broad array of credit-oriented investment strategies, including private direct lending, structured credit, asset-based finance, and opportunistic credit. With a significant presence in the U.S. and globally, the firm is known for its deep expertise across the capital structure and its focus on delivering creative, risk-adjusted return solutions to institutional investors. Position Overview This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team working across CLO structuring and issuance, portfolio optimization, and insurance-related investment solutions. The role offers cross-functional exposure to the firm’s direct lending, structured credit, and third-party fund financing strategies. The position is ideal for candidates seeking accelerated growth in a fast-paced, credit-intensive buyside environment. Key Responsibilities Support the structuring and issuance of middle market CLOs in collaboration with portfolio management, operations, and external partners Analyze trade impact on portfolio compliance and equity returns using internal and third-party models Contribute to quarterly valuations, investor reporting, and scenario modeling Assist in preparing materials for internal investment committees and investor presentations Conduct investment analysis on third-party fund financing transactions Partner with the Insurance Solutions team on capital optimization and portfolio construction initiatives Support trade allocations and day-to-day portfolio management activities Preferred Background Undergraduate degree with 1–3 years of experience in structured finance, private credit, CLOs, or leveraged finance Exposure to CLOs, syndicated loans, high-yield bonds, or fund financing structures is preferred Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Intex, or similar High attention to detail and ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders Proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment Seniority level
