Road Construction Laborer Opportunity

Asphalt Paving Operations Assist in the preparation and application of hot mix asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces Rake, lute, and shovel asphalt to achieve proper grade and finish Work behind pavers to ensure smooth transitions and proper compaction Operate compactors, plate tampers, and other small tools (as trained) to finish paved surfaces Jobsite Preparation & Support Set up traffic control measures and maintain a clean and safe work area Assist in site grading and prepping surfaces for paving Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with equipment operators, foremen, and crew members Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture Adapt to different tasks and site conditions with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications
Experience in asphalt paving or general road construction a plus Familiarity with paving tools and equipment preferred Ability to work in a team, take direction, and stay productive on active jobsites Willingness to learn and grow within the company Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, kneeling, bending, raking) Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold) Available to work early mornings, extended shifts, and occasional weekends or holidays as needed
