Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiovascular Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/18/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab Technologist – Regional Hospital Location: 3901 S 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cost Center: 746) Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Call Rotation: Weekly call from Monday 07:00 to the following Monday 07:00 Position Summary Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Technologist with cardiovascular and radiologic expertise. This is a hands-on role in a busy, two-room cardiac catheterization lab supporting a full range of interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures. Unit Overview Beds/Procedure Rooms: 2 (1 Philips, 1 GE room) Patient Ratio: 1:1 Documentation System: XPER Staffing Support: Techs rotate through all roles (scrub, circulate, monitor) Call: Weekly rotation (M–M 0700), includes evenings, nights, and weekends ⚙️ Procedures Performed Left & Right Heart Catheterizations Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) Pacemaker Implantations Peripheral Angiography & Interventions Minimal IR procedures (Ports, Perm Caths, Cholecystostomy tubes) Requirements & Credentials Must-Have: Radiologic Technologist with Cardiovascular Specialty Experience in scrubbing, circulating, and imaging for Cath Lab procedures Strong knowledge of interventional devices, sterile technique, and cardiovascular anatomy Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Preferred: Experience with XPER documentation system 1–2 years in a Cath Lab environment Dress Code Uniforms provided by hospital Why Join Our Team?
