Within a patient-centered culture, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) will assist providers and nursing staff to deliver optimal patient care and work with others to achieve efficient clinical and business operations. The LPN/MA performs both clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Possess sufficient skills to perform the job efficiently and effectively, demonstrating knowledge in day-to-day situations, including the use of associated equipment. Perform patient care as well as administrative tasks. Meet productivity standards established for the position and department. Prioritize multiple tasks and complete assignments per protocol or as directed. Embrace new and innovative approaches to improve efficiency. Clarify job responsibilities, understand performance standards, and communicate regularly with supervisors. Seek clarification when responsibilities are not understood. Willingly accept change and work in clinics across the physician enterprise as needed. Travel is required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. frequently, and in excess of 20 lbs. constantly. Education Post High School Diploma or Certificate Program (Required) Credentials Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant (Required) Work Schedule:
